This allows the UVa IRB database to effectively communicate with the CITI system to receive updated information about your training.
If you already have a CITI account in which your CITI user name is not the same as your UVA computing id, please create a new CITI account in which your CITI user name is the same as your UVa computing id. It is possible to merge your other CITI account(s) into this account by emailing the CITI system at [email protected] Refer to these instructions as you navigate CITI's registration process and training program.
How to Determine CITI Training Status OR Obtain CITI Training Certificates IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have previously taken CITI training at another institution, you must go to the CITI site, add UVa to your affiliations, and complete the UVa CITI Basic Course appropriate to your role in research.
